A: Maybe, and we’ll check. We compare the offer to school and league rules and look for fixes (narrow terms, carve-outs, scheduling protections) so opportunities don’t cost your season or scholarship.

Q: Should I sign an offer that pays now but limits my options later?

A: Don’t sign until you understand what you’re giving up. We negotiate term limits, territory, and usage so you’re paid now without losing the ability to sign better deals later.

Q: How quickly can you review an offer?

A: We offer standard and expedited reviews. Tell us the deadline and we’ll confirm turnaround and cost. We’ll always tell you what the most important tradeoffs are.

How We Work With Families

Every engagement begins with a confidential Athlete Review. We learn the family, the athlete, the current opportunity, and the goals and constraints around it before any recommendation is made.

From there, engagement takes the shape you need. Some families come to us deal by deal for contract review and negotiation. Others engage counsel as an ongoing part of the team, on retainer through recruitment, NIL, transitions, and eventually the professional stage. Every model is confidential, and every model keeps the family in control of the decisions.
